For quite some time, I have been successfully growing & enjoying nutritious greens by applying the hydroponic vertical farming technique. Here I am sharing my knowledge & skills, which I acquired through spending so many hours of research, experiments, & mistakes, so that you can avoid all those hassles & have a successful, growing experience in a very short amount of time.
Training Schedule
DAY 1 : Theory and Team Study on FARM
01:00 PM to 06:00 PM
Everyone is expected to check into the hotel before 12:00PM. Hotel is prepared for your checkin from 11:00AM onwards. Get freshened up.
Our event will get started at 01:00PM. Doors will open at 12:30PM itself. You can have your hot tea. You will get your handbooks, writing materials, and documents we will need in further discussions. Also, we will discuss what we are going to do in the next 2 days of training.
It's time to socialise at a group lunch. The only thing is that we have to rush it here as we are short on time and there is too much ground to cover. In half an hour, we will finish our lunch and start the training.
We know people will visit us from all different economic or climatic setups. The primary task for us and everyone else is to understand everyone's requirements and get everyone on the same page. We do it with a set of pre-decided questions. This will also help us encourage everyone to participate in the discussion from the very beginning.
Before starting the discussion on the business side, we need to clarify a few things in our technical understanding of commercial hydroponic projects. After this discussion, we can learn about the technical mistakes people do in setting up hydroponic project that restricts them from breaking even in near future.
No one will tell you upfront about the bad and ugly side of hydroponics. Like all other businesses, you need to evaluate if hydroponics is for you or not. With the proven data sheet and the right question answers, we will evaluate if you should plan ahead for this business or not.
Hydroponics is a relatively new industry in India, and the companies working in this domain have done a lot of R&D to be here. Along the way, there are some common mistakes everyone has made, including us, because most of them were not intuitive, and there are very high chances that you might do them too. We will discuss them briefly and see how we can avoid them for you.

After rigorous day of theory training you will head back to your hotel. Get freshen up and have your dinner. We will start our next day of training early morning at 08:00AM.
DAY 2 : PRACTICAL TRAINING
08:00 AM to 02:00 PM
Get up early, get freshened up, have your breakfast, and start from the hotel early in the morning towards the farm.
Get in-depth walk through of Hydroponic farm. Here, we will just understand hydroponic technology.
Let's learn about germination, Trays, cocopeat, different types, nursery trays and also mechanism we follow to get highest number of germinated plants.
Once germination is done, Lets learn about transferring plants into hydroponic system and learn about some of the unknown phenomena, such as Hydroponic-Shock and root-cutting.
Lets learn about water, storage, plumbing, treatment, also learn to read water report.
No one will tell you about hydroponic nutrient preparation. Success of hydroponic business is highly depend on hydroponic nutrients. Here we will learn about preparing hydroponic nutrients and also how to measure them, take reading and how to prepare mother tank solutions.
Let's learn about common problems related to pest and diseases. Also how we can control them. Learn about organic hydroponic practices.
We will have small test to see who has understood all the nitty details of hydroponics in the last two days. We will also click lot of photographs, distribute certificates, harvest produce and share contacts with each other.
At 1:30PM. You will head back to hotel for checkout.

Yes, You can get 100% refund if you change your mind. But you should cancel it before 48 hours of event starts. In last 48 hours we have paid to all other vendors associated with us to carry this event and we won’t be able to provide you refund.
