Foundation
The foundation of a polyhouse is critical to its stability and longevity. At Kryzen, we use a robust combination of periscopic concrete foundations and 3mm GI pipes (Galvanized Iron pipes) for superior strength and durability.
This combination of periscopic foundation, concrete reinforcement, and 3mm GI pipes ensures a polyhouse that’s built to last and perform efficiently in all climatic conditions.
ELEVATION
Our GI structure polyhouse is designed for optimal air circulation and climate control, with an elevation of over 7 meters to provide ample space for plant growth and environmental management.
This combination of tall elevation and large ventilation openings ensures the polyhouse maintains an optimal growing environment with consistent air exchange to prevent humidity pockets and crop heat stress.
Ventilation
Effective ventilation is crucial for maintaining the ideal climate in a polyhouse, and incorporating exhaust fans and air circulation fans enhances airflow and temperature control.
POLYFILM
Polyfilm uses 7- layer technology and UV stabilisation for better protection and a longer service life. Hence, it leads to a boost in productivity and income in the long run.
Anti-dust technology prevents the accumulation of dust. Dust settling on a poly film can affect photosynthesis in crops by reducing light transmission and diffusion.
High tensile strength enhances the durability of the polyfilm, ensuring long-lasting performance in various applications.
The infra-red blocker feature helps regulate temperature, preventing excessive heat buildup and promoting optimal conditions for crops.
The anti-drip and anti-mist features prevent water droplets from forming, ensuring uniform water distribution and minimizing moisture-related issues.
SHADE-control
For optimal shade control in a polyhouse, we offer an advanced secondary layer of aluminum netting with automated fold and spread operations.
Aluminum Net: The secondary layer of aluminum shade net reflects excess sunlight, helping to regulate temperature and light exposure inside the polyhouse. This protects crops from intense sunlight during peak hours and minimises plant heat stress.
Automated Fold and Spread: The system allows for automatic folding and spreading of the shade net, ensuring easy control over the shading level. It can be programmed to adjust based on time of day, light intensity, or temperature, providing flexibility for various crops and growing conditions.
Trelising
Crop trellising is an essential technique for supporting crops, especially in polyhouses, and is particularly beneficial for vineyard crops.
Nylon Threads: Durable nylon threads are used for crop trellising, providing strong yet flexible support to the vines. These threads guide the plants as they grow, ensuring proper upward movement and preventing them from sagging or sprawling on the ground.
Clip Attachment: The use of clip attachments secures the plants to the trellis, gently holding the stem without causing damage. These clips allow easy adjustment as the plant grows, ensuring that the vine remains well supported throughout its development.
