







A Controlled Environment Fan and Pad Polyhouse is an advanced type of polyhouse (or greenhouse) that provides precise control over temperature, humidity, and air circulation, making it ideal for growing high-value crops in areas with extreme or fluctuating weather conditions. This system uses a combination of fans and cooling pads to regulate the internal climate, ensuring optimal growing conditions year-round.


Constructed from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel, our structure boasts a Zinc-coating of 275g/m2, ensuring a robust service life of over 20 years. The steel components are assembled on-site without needing secondary processing. Galvanized connectors and fasteners are designed to resist rust for two decades, guaranteeing long-term durability and reliability.


Our covering materials made up of LDPE, mLLDPE, EVA, EBA with a tensile strength of 25 MPa offer excellent light transmission, superior heat preservation, and strong tensile strength. They provide economical rain, wind & sun protection to plants, with a lifespan of 5-7 years, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.


Engineered to provide optimal cooling and shading during the summer, this system diffuses sunlight within the greenhouse, effectively shielding crops from harmful sun glare and ensuring consistent growth conditions. Shading systems are utilized widely when you want to grow crops which are locally climatically affected.


Temperature Control: This system allows you to maintain ideal temperatures for crop growth, even in extremely hot or fluctuating external conditions.
Humidity Regulation: Proper humidity levels are maintained, which is crucial for sensitive crops, preventing issues like fungal growth or plant stress.
Extended Growing Season: The ability to regulate the internal environment extends the growing season and allows for year-round production.
Higher Yields and Quality: Crops grown in controlled environments tend to have higher yields and better quality due to the stable growing conditions.
Additional Features:
Sensors: Sensors for temperature, humidity, and light are often integrated to monitor the internal climate. These sensors can trigger adjustments to maintain optimal growing conditions.
Automated Controls: Many systems have automatic controls that adjust fan speed, water flow, and ventilation based on real-time data.
Ventilation: Besides the fan and pad system, roof or side vents may be included to release excess heat or humidity.
Similar to a traditional polyhouse, a controlled environment fan & pad is made of a frame covered with transparent or translucent polyethylene plastic.
The structure is often reinforced to accommodate the fan, pad system, and other climate control equipment.

Plastic film Polytunnel is a simple type of protected cultivation tunnelled greenhouse, which uses transparent plastic films made of polymer materials such as polyethene and polypropylene and connects each arch greenhouse into a whole through the method of connecting wires and buildings. The multi-span polytunnel or greenhouse connects the original independent greenhouse with the original independent single room model greenhouse through reasonable design, increasing the insulation area of the greenhouse and improving its performance
